Hey Reader, Today, I want to talk about how Joyce’s Physical Therapy for Ravers business went from $7k/mo to $15k/mo within 5 months. Joyce is a physical therapist for Ravers aka "The Physio Raver." She helps ravers eat, sleep, rave, repeat — pain-free. How cool is that?!? But, by late 2024, she was averaging $7k/mo after hitting $10k once. Every time she onboarded new clients, she would pause her marketing. Then her income would dip. She was overwhelmed because she was a one-woman show doing everything on her own:
This is why she was stuck at $7k/mo. We then started working together in October 2024. By April 2025, our last 4 months were > $10k/mo. Our last month we hit an all-time high of $15k/mo. Here’s how we did it! Leveraged her ResultsFirst, we upgraded her offer. Joyce has received over 100 testimonials because she's a boss! But her offer still looked the same from Day 1. When you’re an expert, show it with your offer. So we upgraded her offer from "I help DJs, ravers, and shufflers get stronger." to "I help DJs, ravers, and shufflers be pain-free within 3 months or your money back." Bold, right? We rebuilt her offer to include:
Joyce was hesitant at first because she didn’t want to guarantee so much. So I asked her, “How many people have asked you for refunds?” She replied, "None." We leaned into that. Confidence sells. As a result, we closed her highest-paying customer for $3,000, up from $1,800. That’s easy money! Now that we upgraded her offer, we reached back out to past leads to see if they’d bite. They did! Boomerang Campaign = New Clients from Old LeadsJoyce sourced the majority of her leads from her Instagram audience through warm outbound. As leads become followers, she sends them a DM. Unfortunately, most people will not be ready to buy when you reach out to them. Or, they might not like your original offer. So, by not re-engaging them, you’re sitting on a goldmine. This is where the Boomerang Campaign comes in handy. We reengage them a month later by sending a re-offer message. "Hey [First Name], I’m launching a new cohort this month. Would you be interested in [Dream Outcome] in [Timeframe]?
Best part? It’s [Guarantee]"
Send the re-offer to the original DM so that they see your previous conversation. If you can’t close them, keep sending valuable content each month. Eventually, they will bite! "Hey [First Name], I just completed this case study on how BJ (https://upwardproductmanagement.com/) went from $5k to $19k/mo within 3 months.

In our first month together, Joyce closed 3 clients using my Boomerang Campaign. Lastly, we automated everything! Marketing that Runs Without JoyceJoyce helps 15 - 30 clients at any time. Remember, she's a one-woman show, so this required her to stop marketing when things were going great. We can't have that! To solve this, we automated her marketing by hiring a VA to handle her DMs and manage the Boomerang Campaign.
