Hey Reader, Stop researching & just start Action will always teach you more than reading a book will. Books are great for building base knowledge, but you have to take action and make mistakes to build expertise. No one became an expert on anything purely just from reading. Plus, action is way more fun! Accept that you will make mistakes It’s bound to happen. You will f*ck things up, and that’s part of the process. Luckily, most things are significantly more reversible than you think, and you can correct things. Being bad at things is part of becoming great at anything. It’s the right of passage. Identify personal problems & become a problem solver Whenever you have a persistent problem in your life, develop a solution. Keep going until the problem doesn’t plague you any more. The big first problem I solved for myself was I couldn’t remember anything. I was always forgetting things and asking people the same questions. So, I learned to write everything down and take proper notes. Now, I don’t forget anything. Cut out time to solve problems and build things If you don’t make time to become an entrepreneur and build skills, you will never transition. Time is the fuel needed to become an expert at anything. Without time, you will stay in the same spot. Be persistent and take things as far as possible On many occasions, my first solution or idea rarely solved the problem. Luckily, most things don’t take 100s of iterations, but many require persistence. Keep going until the problem is solved. You will be rewarded. Surround yourself with entrepreneurs Being around other entrepreneurs who embody these qualities will push you to internalize all these traits. You will absorb information from them. Do the things you say you will do If you say you’re going to build that thing, build it. Develop the habit of keeping your word and being an executor. Otherwise, your dreams will never materialize into reality. You’ll be seen as a talker rather than a doer. Let your curiosity guide you There aren’t any perfect ideas. Stop looking for the perfect opportunity because there isn’t one. Pick something you’re interested in and take it as far as possible. You’ll learn so much through action, and your next idea will reveal itself. That’s how I discovered ScatterMind. |

Hey Reader, Today, I want to talk about how to gain control of your emotions. As ADHDers, we feel a rollercoaster of emotions, typically deriving from childhood traumas. As Dr.Hallowell and Dr.Ratey state in Driven to Distraction, Their [ADHDers] moods can be quite unstable, going from high to low in the bat of an eye for no apparent reason. In my 20s, my emotions were unstable. For example, from 2018 - 2020, I ruined all my birthdays. Was I drinking? Of course! I already have a big mouth,...
Hey Reader, Today, I want to talk about how to build a good solution. A good solution solves users’ problems so well that they pay for it. I wasted a year figuring that out. Ultimately, I built a bad solution that was too advanced and didn’t generate revenue. I spent a year working in a silo instead of launching and giving it to users right away. Great solutions don’t come from pontification; they come from repetition and iteration. So launch fast and ask for feedback faster. As Paul Graham...
Hey Reader, Today, I want to discuss how to stop constant ups and downs. When I started my ADHD journey, I started the month planning my day, answering emails, and waking up on time—all the good habits. By mid-month, I felt great. My side projects gained momentum, and I received compliments at work. I thought I was finally making a change. By the end of the month, I’d come crashing down, scolding myself, “I knew it was too good to be true.” In reality, I developed a habit of relaxing once I...
