Hey Reader, Happy Thursday! If you're still struggling to launch your business and dream of freedom, try these steps out: If you have a job, stop wasting all your free time on social media and TVThe only way to escape the rat race is to use your time to build a business and replace your income. If you’re squandering your limited time on social media and TV, you’ll never get ahead. If you plan to retire early, you’ll have plenty of time to binge TV. I’m saving Breaking Bad just for this moment. It’s going to go crazy, I know. Please, no spoilers haha. Ideas are worthless without execution. Pick something and start learning.Breadcrumbs was my first business that ultimately failed. I learned so much from Breadcrumbs that it allowed me to envision other businesses. That’s how I discovered Scattermind was possible. So, I wouldn’t be an entrepreneur if I hadn’t taken those first steps. Building businesses will teach you more about business than anything else. The idea isn’t worth anything if you don’t start & execute. You learn to execute by building things and taking action. Get started! Try to sell the idea before building itDon’t fall into the trap of building some crazy app; when you go to sell it, you realize that no one wants it. You don’t want to build a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist. The easiest way to overcome this is - Talk to customers - Read the MOM test - Create an Avatar and Offer - Read $100M Offers - Reach out to people in your network and get them to buy it from you - SPIN selling If you say you’re going to build something, build it and see it throughThe most important thing besides starting is being consistent. Start treating your word as bond. When you say you will build something, give yourself a deadline and make it happen. If you can’t get yourself to execute and take yourself seriously, there won’t be anyone there to push you. You need to hold yourself accountable because no one else will. |

In my 20s, my emotions were unstable. For example, from 2018 - 2020, I ruined all my birthdays. Was I drinking? Of course! I already have a big mouth,...
Hey Reader, Today, I want to talk about how to build a good solution. A good solution solves users’ problems so well that they pay for it. I wasted a year figuring that out. Ultimately, I built a bad solution that was too advanced and didn’t generate revenue. I spent a year working in a silo instead of launching and giving it to users right away. Great solutions don’t come from pontification; they come from repetition and iteration. So launch fast and ask for feedback faster. As Paul Graham...
Hey Reader, Today, I want to discuss how to stop constant ups and downs. When I started my ADHD journey, I started the month planning my day, answering emails, and waking up on time—all the good habits. By mid-month, I felt great. My side projects gained momentum, and I received compliments at work. I thought I was finally making a change. By the end of the month, I’d come crashing down, scolding myself, “I knew it was too good to be true.” In reality, I developed a habit of relaxing once I...
